Albert Bruce Cave's Obituary
Bruce was born on November 1, 1934, in Snyder, Texas, and was the second of 13 children. His family moved to the Yankton area and he attended school in St. Helens.
Employed at the Boise Cascade mill, he retired after 43 years. He also served in the U.S. National Guard.
Among the things he loved were sports, hunting, fishing and all things outdoors. He enjoyed gardening and selling firewood, right up until the end. He was also a very active member in the Mountain View Baptist Church.
Bruce is survived by his sons, Larry, Tim and Ken Cave; daughters, Dani Cave Weltsch and Cisi MacDonald; nine brothers and sisters; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be held Monday, November 9, at 2 p.m., at Bethany Memorial Cemetery, off Church Rd., behind Bethany Lutheran Church.
