Allan D. Land's Obituary
Allan passed away, March 7th, he was 61 years old.
Born December 9, 1949 to James Edgar and Agnes Mae Park Land he was the oldest of three children.
Raised in Oregon, he attended Marshfield High School in Coos Bay. He served his country, joining the United States Army during the Vietnam conflict.
Allan married Charlotte August 10, 1999 in Aloha, Oregon, and they lived in Washington County for many years before coming to Scappoose in October of 2010.
Allan was a jack of all trades, willing to help many a friend or family member. He was active in Narcotics Anonymous, had a group home in Forest Grove and celebrated his 21st year of sobriety, August 2010.
Allan and Charlotte have voluntarily worked with Clean and Sober Living and Celebrate Recovery in the Greater Willamette Area for many years.
Allan is survived by his wife, Charlotte of Scappoose, son, Dean Allan Land of Rexburg, Idaho, step- daughter Beth Campbell of Scappoose and step-son; Dorral Lukas of Battleground, Washington, 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, sisters Leona Akers and Emma Whitchurch-Ivy, both of Eugene.
