I had the pleasure of working with both Al and Vi at Boise Cascade. Vi came to work at the mill when her husband was ill and then past away. She sat next to me in the accounting department. I was so good to see Al and Vi happy together. I thoroughly enjoy both of them, such quality people. Thank you for sharing their life in your wonderful obituary. Judy Hogan

Al was a terrific husband and care giver to my Mother, Vianna, for 43 years.
Al was boss and friend to my mother, Betty Brissett. They worked together for many years at Boise Cascade and she always spoke very highly of him as a boss and friend. I remember how kind he was to me as a child when I would visit Mom at Boise. I am very sorry for your loss and will be praying for comfort.
