Anna Laura Anderson's Obituary
Anna Laura Little was born July 12, 1913 in Clarinda, Iowa to Mabel and Otis Little. She graduated from Centralia High School in Centralia, Kansas May 15, 1931.
Anna married Ervin Bus Anderson July 17, 1931. They were married 72 years until Bus passed in 2003. Anna and Bus had three sons: Gene, Gary and Alton. Gary, Alton and Bus all preceded her in death.
On December 20, 1947 the family left Kansas and moved to the Sheridan-Willamina area of Oregon. There they lived for the next 22 years. Anna and Bus moved to McMinnville, Oregon in 1970 where they lived until 1990 moving next to Aurora, Oregon where they lived for the next 12 years. February 1, 2002 the two moved to Forest Grove, Oreogn. Anna then moved to the Scappoose-St. Helens area where she remained until her death.
Anna's happiest times were spent with her husband Bus, family and friends. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, dancing, geneology, camping and traveling. Anna was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution.
Anna was a housewife and worked in the fields. In the 60's she went to work for Rutherfords Department Store in McMinnville, Oregon until she retired.
Anna is survived by her son Gene, his wife Vietta, daughter-in-law Lu Ann, 14 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She will be missed by all.
