Anna Mae Housley's Obituary
Anna Mae Housley was born on October 14, 1924 in Cold Water, Kansas to Chris & Hazel Clovis Nickelson.
She died on January 12, 2005 at a Portland hospital at the age of 80.
She was educated in St. Helens moving here in 1936
and living here all of her life.
She married Dale in Vancouver, WA. on August 10, 1946. Early on she worked for Erickson ice cream and at the Bag Factory, for the most part she was a homemaker.
She grew up in the Assembly of God denomination, active member of the senior center. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and was an artist. She was the sweetest and kindest person.
Survivors include: Husband: Dale Housley of St. Helens, OR.; Sons & Spouses: Don & Sharon Housley of Scappoose, OR; Dale & Marsha Housley of Death Valley, CA.; Larry & Julie Housley of Tillamook, OR.; Daughter: Dr. Regina Mae Housley of Camarillo, CA.; Siblings: Fred Nickelson of Vancouver, WA.; Chris Nickelson & Ralph Nickelson both of St. Helens, OR.; Agatha Cobb of Cincinnati, Ohio; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral service: Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at 2:00 PM at Columbia Funeral Home-St. Helens, OR.
Committal service & vault interment: Columbia Memorial Gardens-Scappoose, OR.
