Annabel Smith's Obituary
Annabel Smith died at her home in Scappoose on October 13, 2006. She was born November 26, 1920 in Hope, Idaho and moved to Vernonia in 1922. She was educated in Vernonia and has lived in Vernonia and Scappoose for the past 83 years. She was married to Sam Smith on February 10, 1940 in Vancouver, WA and survived by her husband, Sam Smith. Also surviving are her sons, Gary, Verne and Terry Smith; her sister Joan Hunt; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She loved camping, travelling and family gatherings. She was catholic. Memorial Services will be Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at 1:00 PM at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Scappoose, Oregon.
