April Rene Riley of Deer Island, Oregon died October 14, 2021 in Portland, Oregon at the age of 30. She was born September 14, 1991 in Springdale, Arkansas to James Riley and Mary Corbitt.
April brought light and love into the lives of her family and friends; she was such a ray of sunshine! She brightened any room she graced her presence with and infectiously spread happiness and joy.
Some things that brought April joy were cooking and watching cooking shows. Her favorite food was tacos. She also enjoyed gambling, specifically playing the penny slots.
April moved between Arkansas and Oregon throughout her life. She also received her GED.
April is survived by her mother, Mary Corbitt; father, James Riley; sister, Athena Riley; nieces, Amyre and Ahashe Blackwell; grandmother, Edna Barron; grandfather, Marvin Riley; and best friend, Jerome Troy.
April is preceded in death by her grandmother, Irene Riley; and grandfather, J.D. Barron.
April Rene Riley will be dearly missed by her family and friends whom she has deeply touched in her 30 years of life. Her beauty and light will live on in their hearts.
