Arlo D. Unverzagt's Obituary
Arlo D. Unverzagt was born on April 6, 1942 in Golden Valley, N. Dakota to John & Gladys Thompson Unverzagt.
He died on July 17, 2004 at a Portland Hospital at the age of 62.
He attended Columbia City grade school, graduated from St. Helens Hi in '60, received an Associates Degree from P.C.C.; He was in the Army from '67-'71 during Vietnam. After the war he moved back to St. Helens where he has resided since.
He worked for Boise starting in '42 and retiring as a machine tender on 2/2/02.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, he enjoyed fishing, auctions, TV, movies, reading, gardening and yardwork and was an avid joke teller.
Survivors include: Children; Suzette Bundy of St. Helens; Todd Unverzagt of Chicago, IL; Siblings: Edward Unverzagt of St. Helens; Lorna Olson of Milwaukie, OR.; Velda Adams of Vancouver, WA.; 3 grandchildren.
Graveside Service & Vault Interment: 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 21, 2004 at Bethany Memorial Cemetery-Warren, OR.
