Barbara Ann White's Obituary
Barbara Ann White was born on August 15, 1966 in Watertown, New York to Louis & Keitha Bisha Delles.
She died in her home in Scappoose on June 14, 2011 at the age of 44.
Barbara attended and graduated from Carthage Central School in 1984, attended Jefferson Community College in 1986 & 1987, SUNY Geneseo-1991 with a BS in Accounting and CPA, Davenport University in 2007-MBA in Forensic Accounting.
She was a contract specialist for the US Army Corps of Engineers in Portland since 2006. CPA, MBA, CFE, FCPA. Her interests and hobbies included: sewing, quilting, waterfalls, beaches, hiking and her dogs.
Survivors include: Partner: Tracy Linder of Scappoose; Tracys Parents: Patricia & Dond Boehm of Astoria; Tracys siblings: David Pitman, Jenny Boehm both of Seaside; Becky Boehm of Telluride, CO.; Kona Barb's dog; Parents: Louis & Keitha Della of Sackets Harbor, NY; Sisters & Spouses: Dawn & Jesse Stevenson of St. Joseph, MO.; JoAnn & William White; Christine & Troy Hoffman both of Watertown, NY; Carol Harrah of Gladewater, TX.
Celebration of Life: Sunday, June 19, 2011 from 2-4 at Patty's Wicker Cafe in Seaside, OR.
