Berniece E. Boldenow was born on December 22, 1926 in Wadena, Iowa to Milo & Lila Crawford Walters.
She died at a Scappoose assisted living center on December 7, 2005 at the age of 78.
She moved to Salem, OR. from Wadena, Iowa and has lived in this area since 1939.
She married Gerald on September 11, 1946 in Yankton, OR.
She worked at Monticello Medical Center, Longview, WA as a LPN for 10 years, retiring in 1984.
She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church in St. Helens, president of Lutheran Women's Missionary League and Goble PTA president.
Her enjoyments included: crossword puzzles, woring with ceramics & stained glass and family gatherings.
Survivors include: Gerald Boldenow of Scappoose, OR.; Daughter & Son-in-law: Beverlee & Walt Saum of Woodland, WA; Son & Daughter-in-law: Michael & Patty Boldenow of Rainier, OR; sister-in-law: Edna Leach of Denver, CO; 4 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter.
Celebration of Life: Monday, December 12, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Calvary Lutheran Church-St. Helens
Private interment: Columbia Memorial Gardens Cemetery-Scappoose, OR.
