Bessie Lee Unversagt's Obituary
Bessie Lee Unversagt, a longtime resident of St. Helens, Oregon died October 14, 2005 at Avamere. She was born October 12, 1920 in Oakley, Idaho, the daughter of John and Myrtle Craft Carson. She was a cashier at St. Helens Safeway for 15 years where she was a member of the Local 555 Retail Clerk's Union. She loved gardening her roses and vegetables. Survivors include, her son , John of Clatskanie; her grandson, Bandon Lee of Portland; and two sisters, Billy Louise Lott of American Falls, Idaho and Genevieve Jewsbury of Twin Falls, Idaho. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Columbia Funeral Home with interment to follow at Hudson Cemetery, Rainier, Oregon.
