She enjoyed her adolescent school years playing the normal childhood sports of track and field, baseball, and basketball. Her teenage years spent mostly in Prospect, OR where her friends delighted in her indomitable spirit and sense of fun and adventure. Because of her love for cooking, she opened a small restaurant in De Beque, Colorado where the locals adored her hometown cooking. No one loved her cooking more than her husband Allen and she made the perfect gold miners’ wife. They traveled, explored, and fished throughout the west including their 19 years in Alaska, ending up in St. Helens, OR .
Beth took great pride in her home whether it was a travel Trailer, or an on-the-job site home or one of the warm comfortable homes that they built themselves in Fairbanks AK. Her sense of impeccable style and taste in color were not only showcased in her homes , but also in her clothing and makeup. Beth was not only a beautiful woman, but she also had a beautiful heart and soul.
Her family will be having a celebration of Life. That will be announced at a later time. Her ashes will be spread in a private ceremony where she and her husband Allen celebrated their First Wedding anniversary.
