Betty Colleen Wagner's Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved grandmother, mother, and friend, Betty Colleen Wagner, who left this world surrounded by the love she spent a lifetime giving to others.
She was a fiercely independent woman with a stubborn spirit that was matched only by the size of her heart. Strong-willed and determined, she faced life’s challenges with resilience and grace. Those who knew her understood that her strength wasn’t just in her independence—it was in the unwavering love and care she showed to everyone fortunate enough to cross her path.
She was the proud mother of four sons, whom she raised with endless love, guidance, and dedication. As her family grew, so did her heart. She treasured each of her six grandchildren, always offering encouragement, support, and unconditional love. Her family was her greatest accomplishment, and there was nothing she wouldn’t do for them.
She found joy in life’s simple treasures, especially traveling to the coast. Her favorite places were those with beautiful lighthouses standing watch over the shoreline, the peaceful sounds of seabirds soaring overhead, and wonderful meals shared with the people she loved. Those moments brought her happiness and created memories her family will cherish forever.
Her legacy is one of strength, generosity, determination, and unconditional love. Though our hearts are broken by her absence, we find comfort in knowing that the lessons she taught, the love she shared, and the memories she created will live on through her children, grandchildren, and everyone whose life she touched.
She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
Those we love don’t go away. They walk beside us every day—unseen, unheard, but always near.
