Cal was a very good friend and boss.Cal understood people and always tried to be fair.Many times Cal would go the extra mile to help one of his produce managers be successful.I could always count on Cal to return my phone calls.I have many fond memories of drinking cold beer and catching fish or talking about work.Cal was the gold standard of produce merchandisers.I hope there is a pool table in heaven.Cal will be missed.

Cal is missed by his good friends who shoot pool at the senior center. His gregarious demeanor got all of us to laugh with him regularly. He was an excellent pool player and sometimes brought some delicious salmon for the group. I only got to know him in these last few years and feel fortunate to have shared many a pool game, as well as a few fishing outings on our rivers, with him.

Cal was such a great neighbor to my parents and so kind to take my dad, husband, and brother fishing on many occasions. An incredibly generous man who made some of the best smoked salmon I've ever tasted. I'm sorry that we won't be able to attend the memorial service. I pray for comfort and blessings for the entire Capson family.
