Carl A. Storms' Obituary
Carl A. Storms was born on October 7, 1926 in Jobe, Missouri to Early & Mary Pingleton Storms.
He died at a Portland hospital on November 26, 2007 at the age of 81.
He was educated in Alton, Missouri, moving to St. Helens in 1943. While living in Alton he worked on a farm and in a bowling alley. He then moved to Kansas City, Missouri where he worked for a time in the wheat field and eventually moving to St. Helens where he worked as a paper maker for Boise for 40+ years.
While living in Alston he was a member of the Alton Church of God. Locally he was a member of the Moose & Masonic Lodges. He enjoyed the outdoors with his fishing, hunting and golfing.
Survivors include: Children: Carl Storms, Jr., Teddy Storms; Connie Huhtala all of Longview, WA.; Siblings: Erlita Hansen of Portland; J.D. Storms of Terrebone, OR.; Bill Storms of LaPine, OR.; 4 grandchildren; nieces & nephews.
Memorial service: Saturday, December 8, 2007 at 2:00PM
at the Masonic Lodge.
Private interment: Masonic Cemetery-St. Helens
