Carl R. Campbell's Obituary
Carl R. Campbell was born on April 14, 1916 in Washington to John R. & Daisy Hill0 Campbell.
He died at a St. Helens nursing facility on November 10, 2010 at the age of 94.
Carl was educated in Chehalis, Washington, after high school he was a chaeffuer going all over the country. He then worked as a logger in Washington state and retired 40 years ago for the City of Seattle as a heavy equipment operator.
At age 70 he married Virginia Osborn in Washington state, she preceded him in death in 1996.
He lived his whole life in the Chehalis area with the exception of the past year in St. Helens so he could be close to family.
Carl enjoyed fishing, hunting and until 2 years ago clamming.
Survivors include: Sister: Helen Willard of Prosser, WA.; numerous nieces & nephews; preceded in death by brother Donald in 2007.
Private family interment: Chehalis, Washington.
