Carol Jean Brodala's Obituary
Carol Jean Brodala was born on July 6, 1949 in Beach, N. Dakota to Kenneth & Marjorie Blair Abraham.
She died at her home in Scappoose on October 11, 2006 at the age of 57.
She attended schools in Beach, N. Dakota and moved to Portland in 1960, graduating from Roosevelt Hi with honors in 1967.
She moved to Scappoose in 1971 until present. She worked in accounting and an office manager for Breslins, Jordans, Mountain View and Emmert Motors. She recently went into a commerical flooring business BCB Commercial Flooringwith her son in January.
She was raised in the Lutheran denomination. She was the perfect grandmother and the backbone of the family. She enjoyed her pig and plate collection, her '69 Camaro, canning, flowers, gardening, clam digging and taking care of her special needs granddaughter-Courtney.
Survivors include: Children: Bob Brodala; Christina Hall; Mother: Marjorie Abraham; Signifigant other of 18 years: Tom Seever all of Scappoose, OR.; Sisters: Diane Thurston of Rainier, OR.; Rita Murphy of Washougal, WA.; 6 grandchildren and one on the way. Preceded in death by a brother: Raymond in 2003 and her father Kenneth in 1972.

Private inurnment: Columbia Memorial Gardens-Scappoose, OR.
