Carol was one of the first people I met when I moved to Oregon 26 years ago. Not surprising our first meeting was when she came to my rescue. First day of work and low and behold I lock my keys in the car. My new boss called Carol and she graciously picked me up and delivered me to work. As I have learned over the years, that is the norm for Carol, always there to help if and when you needed it. And of course this would not be complete if I did not mention shopping. It was Christmas, and Carol and I had a shopping spree planned. Of course I had to meet her at work as we all know she was very dedicated to her clients. Someone was coming in to sign documents. She subtly introduced me to my future husband and then quickly left the room. On our shopping trip she made sure to let me know he was single and a really nice guy. Little did I know Carol was playing match-maker. Carol had a heart the size of Texas. I feel blessed and so lucky to have know her. She will be greatly missed by all.
