Carole J. Meyer's Obituary
Carole J. Meyer was born on August 19, 1939 in Columbus, Ohio to Garland & Hazel Cleveland Davis.
She died at her home in St. Helens on November 29, 2009 at the age of 70.
Carole moved to Vancouver, Washington at a young age and was educated there, graduating from the first class of Ft. Vancouver High School in 1957.
She married O.J. Meyer in Reno, Nevada on February 28, 1972. They made thier home in Portland until moving to Columbia City in 1973 and then to St. Helens until present.
Carole was an Avon Cosmetics representative for 15 years, never really retiring.
She was raised in the Lutheran Denomination and was a member of the Moose & Eagle Lodges. Her interests included flowers, the beach, cooking, baking and gambling.
Survivors include: Mother: Hazel Stanley of Scappoose; Husband: O.J. Meyer of St. Helens; Children: Tammy Fuller & Tom Meyer both of Portland; Shari Kreir of Sacramento, CA.; Judy Meyer & Melody McKeel both of Oregon City, OR.; Diane Ross of Portland; 7 grandchildren; predeceased by 2 sons: Phillip Kreier in '63 and Anthony Kreier in '66.

Graveside service & interement: Willamette National Cemetery-Portland on Friday, December 4, 2009 at 10:30 AM
