Carolyn Janice (Rempfer) Hauge November 6, 1944 ~ July 5, 2017
Carolyn Janice (Rempfer) Hauge, 72 of Scappoose, Oregon passed away at the home of her brother on July 5, 2017 with family by her side.
Carolyn was born November 6, 1944 in St. Helens, Oregon and graduated from St. Helens High School class of 1963. In 1963 Carolyn married Gary Weir and together they had a son Mark and daughter Teri. After the couple divorced Carol married Bjarne Hauge and together they managed several grocery stores in Oregon. After the passing of Bjarne, Carol returned to St. Helens where she met her longtime companion Robert (Bob) Neal. They settled in Scappoose where they loved spending time with family and friends as well as going to car shows. Carol enjoyed listening to live music, taking road trips with her girlfriends and living life to its fullest. She always looked forward to spending the holidays at her brother’s with family. Carol will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Carolyn is survived by her brother Randy Rempfer and his wife Laurie of St. Helens, Oregon. Son Mark Weir and his wife Sheri of Tillamook, Oregon. Daughter Teri Weir of Longview, Washington. 5 grandchildren McKenzie, Mark, Matt, Cody and Kaya and 2 step grandchildren Bree and Emily, along with nieces, nephews and their families.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her father Theodore (Ted) Rempfer; mother Lydia Rempfer, Brother Kenneth Rempfer, Brother Ronal Rempfer, Bjarne Hauge, and companion Robert (Bob) Neal.
A Celebration of Life will take place on July 29, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Rose bud Café, 50316 Columbia River Hwy. Scappoose, Oregon.
