Charles A. Icenogle's Obituary
Charles A. Icenogle was born on October 10, 1933 in Jewell Co., Kansas to William & Nancy McKenzie Icenogle.
He died at a Portland hospital on February 21, 2009 at the age of 75.
He moved to Scappose from Kansas in 1943, attended schools, married Clara Jones on July 3, 1951 and has lived here since.
He was a commercial fisherman for 22 years, retiring in 1989.
He & Clara traveled and were snowbirds to Yuma for about 12 years and he was one of the regular pool guys every morning at the Scappose Senior Center.
Survivors include: Wife- Clara Icenogle; 3 sons: Rick, Randy, Gregg Icenogle; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren all of Scappoose, Oregon.
Memorial Service: Sat. March 7, 2009 from 1-4, to be held at the Scappoose Senior Center.
