A few years ago I met Richard when he and his cousin Wayne went to the Scappoose rodeo. Richard brought a roll of quarters for each of us and said, " let's have some fun". We toured the fair and played many of the games. It was one of the many fun times we spent with Richard. He was always so thoughtful and kind.
