Charlotte A. Kilborn was born on April 1, 1926 in McMinnville, OR. to Earl & Dora Frack Frost.
She died at her home in Columbia City, Oregon on April 3, 2009 at the age of 83.
She attended North Powder High School and graduated in 1944, Central Oregon Community College for nursing and graduated in 1966.
She was born and raised in Oregon and married Barney Kilborn in LaGrande, OR. in 1946 and they later divorced. She worked for 32 years an Central Oregon District Hospital now St. Charles Hospital in Redmond, she retired in 1993 and moved to Columbia City in 1995 until present.
Shile living in Redmond she was a member of the Eastern Star, loved horses, boating and camping.
Survivors include: Son: Gary Kilborn of Columbia City, OR.; Daughter: Chris VanCamp Tom of Harbor, OR.; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; preceded in death by son Terry in 1993; she is the last surviving sibling of the Frost/Frack family.
