Charlotte Fern Olson's Obituary
Charlotte Fern Olson was born on June 27, 1917 in Coldwater, Kansas to Charles & Mabel Marris Mullins.
She died at a Longview, WA. care facility on December 15, 2009 at the age of 92.
Charlotte moved to Oregon in 1926, she graduated from Rainier High School and Oregon Normal School.
On March 28, 1945 she married Glen Olson in San Francisco, CA. They lived in Bend, Salem and Warren, OR.
She taught elementary school in Warren and Scappoose.
Charlotte enjoyed camping at East Lake, bible study group, sewing, reading, a 4-H leader, art and traveling.
Survivors include: 3 daughters: Kathleen Skarberg of Columbia City OR.; Christine Hagemann of Longview, WA.; Katherine Serafin of Dallas, OR.; 5 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Glen in 1993 and granddaughter Emily Serafin in 2005.
