Christella F. Beisley of Scappoose, OR.
She was born on January 15, 1920 in Seneca, MO. to Clyde C. & Nettie M. Nelson Sherwood.
She died at her home in Scappoose on September 22, 2003 at the age of 83.
She grew up in Bernice, Oklahoma and was married to Ernest Beisley in 1938. They moved to Scappoose, Oregon in 1948 and she has been a beloved wife and homemaker for nine children. She was admired by all who knew her and was famous for her home style cooking and pies. She was known by all for her faith in god, her dedication to her husband and the raising of her nine children.
She is survived by her daughters: Shirley Beisley, Ernestine Page, Ermadene Zielaskowski, and Mary Kranda; Her sons: James, Edward, Charles and Kenneth Beisley all of the surrounding area; Brother: Clyde Sherwood of Bakersfield, CA.; 21 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband: Ernest in 1984 and son Clyde in 2001.

Funeral service: Thursday 9/25/03 at 1:00 PM at Columbia Funeral Home-St. Helens, OR.
Coommittal service & vault interment: Columbia Memorial Gardens Cemetery-Scappoose, OR.
