Coramae - Freeman's Obituary
Coramae Freeman died early Monday November 12, 2007. She was born April 26, 1928 to her father & mother Earl Maddon & Elsie Huntsinger in St. Helens, OR.
She had a long history in St. Helens working for Zatterbergs Kindergarden, Zatterbergs Grocery, Mac Ballard Insurance, Columbia County Court House, and The Elks.
Coramae was survived by her husband Melvin Freeman, 4 sons and daughter in-laws; Steve & Peggy Howell, Larry & Linda Howell, Tom & Patti Howell, and Mike & Carrie Howell. Coramae was blessed with 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Coramae was proceeded in death by her parents Earl Maddox, Eric and Elsie Zatterberg, brother Bob Zatterberg, and sister Suzie Jeffers.
Coramae loved to travel. She always looked forward to her trips to Yuma and was an active member in the Elks travel club. She loved life, and social gatherings. Even in her last years as she was battling lung cancer.
The funeral will be held at the First Christian Church on Saturday November 17, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. with the reception to follow.
