Daisy Rakitnich's Obituary
Rakitnich, Danica Daisy, 89, of Scappoose, Oregon passed away August 3, 2007. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend who cherished life and her family.
Daisy was born on May 2, 1918 in Buffalo, New York to Stephen and Irene Mink. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Vince Rakitnich. Daisy is survived by her sister, Anna Kokart; five children: Vince Rakitnich, Sanda Brissett Gene, husband, Steve Rakitnich and Gail Rakitnich; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Daisy's memory will live on in our hearts beyond forever awaiting a time when we will see her again.
A family graveside service will be held at 12:30 PM on Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at Columbia Memorial Gardens.
