Debbie Carol Cozine-Palmer's Obituary
St. Helens, Oregon- Debbie went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 27, 2021. She was born in Portland, Oregon, August 25, 1954, and graduated from St. Helens Senior High School. Debbie is loved by all. Her heart was very big and the simple things in life were special to her. She loved her flowers, morning sunshine, going on the family camping trips to Mossyrock Park in Washington, and the annual Mothers' Day trips to the coast with her Mother and sisters. Debbie never knew a stranger, and if you were lucky enough to meet her, you had a friend for life. She met every day of her life with a childlike wonder and every day was special to her even if there was nothing exciting planned. If you knew her you couldn't help to love her. Her love for life and laughter was infectious.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Edmond Cozine; grandparents Bill and Mary Pomplitz; stepfathers, Ted Gortler, and Martin King.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Ronald Palmer and loving pup Lucy; her Mother Carol Ann Gortler; siblings: Sherry Welter and Husband Jeff and their son Bradley (spouse Katie); Brett King and his sons Alex, Dustin (Spouse Crystal), Todd Martin (Spouse Meagan) and his stepson Tyler Hill, and Mara Cramer and her husband Jeff Kuechle, and her son Christian. Her son Craig Millar and his wife Michelle and their son Blake; stepdaughters, Summer Morris and husband Aaron, Dallas Lynne Rittinger and husband Richard; grandchildren; Blake Millar, Brendan Morris, Tyler Morris, Kaylie Morris, Callaway Hill, Caeden Longley, Laci Rittinger, and Cameron Longley; great nieces and nephews: Macy and Maya Welter, Emmett and Emma King, Tommy and Marcus. Also, Patty King and Thea Kirkland many friends that she considered family.
