Delbert F. Brown's Obituary
Delbert F. Brown was born on June 6, 1933 in Eugene, Oregon to Marion & Marie (Derring) Brown.
He died at a Longview, Washington hospital on March 27, 2013 at the age of 79.
Delbert attended school in Eugene and then went into the Navy for 4 years. He married Virginia McLeskey in 1955 in Richmond, CA. They made their home in the Bay area until moving to Warren 40 years ago.
He was a candy maker for Short Hill Candy Factory for 32 years, retiring on June 1, 1998.
Delbert was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Warren Grange and he enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include: Wife Virginia Brown of Warren; Lenae Chitman of Gresham; Siblings: Verlie Boyles, Jess & Skipper Brown, Ann Arbogast all of Eugene; 1 Granddaughter Jackie Shirts, 1 Great Grandson: Conner.
Graveside service & Interment: Bethany Memorial Cemetery: Sat. April 6, 2013 at 2:00 PM
