Dixie Lee Morse passed away on February 4, 2017 in Portland, Oregon.
Dixie was born on April 15, 1949 to Albert and Bernice Foster in Portland, Oregon. Dixie was the eldest of three daughters, together they grew up in Salem, Oregon.
She attended Oregon State School for the Deaf. In 1968 she married Douglas McLeod in Salem, Oregon. Together they had two sons Mark and Tom McLeod.
In 1985, Dixie married Merle Morse of Creswell, Oregon. Merle preceded Dixie in death in 1996.
Dixie always enjoyed meeting new people, she loved spending time with her beloved family and friends.
Dixie was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Bernice Foster, her sister Heidi Jensen.
Dixie is survived by her sons Mark and Tom McLeod and her sister Cindy Iness.
