I spock with you and Dottie a few days before and was shocked and so sorry to hear of her passing. Dottie always had a such great outlook. Either looking forward to deer hunting, winning the next lottery, or just getting a great deal on chickens for the dogs next meal. I will miss her humor and smile.

While we are both unable to attend Fridays service I would like to take a moment to let you know how much we both enjoyed Dottie! Moved to Scappoose in 1994 and our first meeting was....the scappoose liquor store. While a purchase only takes 60 seconds I would find myself stayin 5 to 10 min. just shootin the breeze and catchin up on whats new in town. She was better than the Spotlight newspaper. Always up on whats happening in the local scene. After she retired we always looked foward to our "chance" meetings in Fred Meyer's and we would clog up the store while everyone had to go around us.....and then other people would show up and cut into my Dottie time....I looked upon her as a spare mother for her good advice and a quick hug.
