Donald E. Roth's Obituary
Donald E. Roth was born on June 13, 1952 in St. Helens, Oregon to Oscar & Naomi Darrar Roth.
He died at his home in Warren, Oregon on April 16, 2008 from colon cancer at the age of 55.
Donald lived all of his life in the Warren/Scappoose area. He attended Warren Grade School and graduated from Scappoose High School in June of 1970.
He was in the Army National Guard and was honorably discharged in July of 1978.
Donald married his best friend Lorene Conn in the Gazebo at the Columbia County Courthouse on February 9, 2007.
He worked as a heavy equipment mechanic and his last job was with Glacier Northwest in Scappoose until he had to quit due to the colon cancer.
Survivors include: Wife, Lorene; Stepdaughter & son-in-law: Valerie & Matt Gagnier of Crofton, MD.; Son: Claude Roth of Canada; Parents: Oscar & Edith Roth of Warren; Naomi Shroder of Portland; Brothers: Ed & Renee Roth of Scappoose; Richard LaRiviere & Larry Shroder, both of Portland; Gerry Roth of Florida; 3 Nieces: Melissa Perri, Melinda Berns, Cassie Givan; 3 Nephews: Richard, Gary, Wesley LaRiviere; 7 great nieces & nephews and his cat: Bubba-Boo.

Funeral Service: Saturday, April 26, 2008 at 1:00 PM both at Columbia Funeral Home
