Donald L. Keechle's Obituary
Donald L. "Pete" Keechle was born on February 12, 1936 in Camas, Washington to Lorenze & Hazel Strieb Keechle.
He died at a Portland hospital on December 16, 2007 at the age of 71.
He served in the Korean War from September 19, 1955 to August 2, 1957. He worked Dairy Gold Mayflower as assistant plant manager, retiring after forty seven years.
He loved the outdoors, where he enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Survivors include: Wife: Edith Morrison Keechle; Children: Diana Ricker, John & Wade Allen; Siblings: Scott, Judy & Rita; 5 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter. Preceded in death by his parents and his brother Mark. He will be strongly missed by his family and friends, but not the fish!!.

Funeral service: Friday, December 21, 2007 at 11:00 AM at Columbia Funeral Home
Private family interment: Willamette National Cemetery-Portland, Oregon
