Don was as great of a neighbor as one could be. He was always there if you needed help. He lived thru some difficult times and losses in his life yet maintained his attitude, dignity and kindness without waiver.
He was on the tail end of The Greatest Generation.
It was so sad that Covid kept us at length this last year.
He is sorely missed.

Don was such an easy person to be around. He was so very easy going and fun. My memory of he and Gwen go back to their beginning with many holiday get togetherness either our house or there’s. We came up with nicknames as our friendship grew. I always called Gwen, “ Gwenny-poo” & I was “Barbie-boo”. A mutual friend was, Amy-Loo, & then came “Donnie too”! I will always cherish the times we had together!
