Donna Ralls was born on July 9th, 1938, to Charles and Helen Dellinger. She grew up in Portland, Oregon, where she met and married the man of her dreams, Bill (William) Ralls. Together, they started their family. After welcoming Read Obituary
I am so sad to hear about Donna's passing. We taught preschool together at Head Start in St. Helens for many years. We had many laughs and good times together. She always had a new craft for the staff to try out. She even sewed my wedding dress! Even though we didn't stay connected in later years, I thought about her often. She was a wonderful person. RIP Donna.
Donna was such a wonderful lady. We met them in the 1980's when our kids went to school together. Bill (the candy man) was such a great husband. They were both such fun people to be around. Prayers to the Family... now they will be together.
