Dorothy A. Earl's Obituary
Dorothy A. Earl was born on June 12, 1922 in Dunseith, N. Dakota to Bernie & Olga Anderson Knox.
She died at a Portland hospital on July 10, 2004 at the age of 82.
She graduated from Dunseith Hi in 1940 and attended University of N. Dakota in Minot.
She met and married Clayton October 4, 1940 in Minot, N. Dakota.
They lived in South & North Dakota until moving to Warm Springs, OR. in 1962 and to Columbia City, OR. 12 years ago.
She was a member and a deacon of Plymouth Presbyterian Church, she enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and her artistry.
Survived by: husband: Clayton Earl of Columbia City; Children: Myra Gourley of Rotunda, W. Florida; Barb Bowles of Arlington, WA.; Alfred of Colorado Springs, Co.; Clifford of Columbia City; Patrick of Ridgefield, WA.; Siblings: Guy Knox, Minnie Flynn, Edna Malang all of Dunseith, N. Dakota; Mary of Bottinuea, N. Dakota; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
Celebration of Life: Saturday, July 17, 2004 at 11:00 AM at Plymouth Presbyterian Church.
