Dorthy C. Greyell was born on January 19, 1938 in Wabasha, MN. to Walter & Mary Drees Gasch.
She died at ther home in Columbia City, OR. on April 12, 2004 at the age of 66.
She moved from Colby, WI. to Milwaukie, OR in 1969 Gladstone, OR. '73-'84, Applegate, OR. '84-'88, Oregon City from '88-'96 and Columbia City '96-2004.
She was married in Portland, OR. on July 3, 1969 to Richard, he preceded her in death in 1993.
She graduated from St. Josephs School of Nursing.
She was a 1st Leiutenant in the US Air Force From 60-62.
She was a Registered Nurse at Meadow Park Health & Specialty Care Center in St. Helens, she retired in the summer of 2003.
She attended Grace Baptist Church in St. Helens, a volunteer tutor for Columbia City School & Yankton School, volunteer at St. Helens Chamber of Commerce, City of Columbia City. She was also an artist, writer, decorator, organizer, a dearly loved mother and friend to her only daughter.
Survived by Daughter: Jennifer Baty, Son: Donald Toler; Brother: David Gasch; Sisters: Carol Gasch, Janice Monar, Marjorie Armstrong.
Funeral Service: Friday April 16, 2004 at 2:00 PM at Columbia Funeral Home-St. Helens
Private interment: Willamette National Cemetery-Portland, OR.
