Dusty Lynn Flock's Obituary
Dusty Lynn Flock of St. Helens, Oregon passed away June 25, 2022. She was born March 30, 1972, in St. Helens, Oregon.
Dusty enjoyed quilting, beach trips, camping, and most of all, spending time with her granddaughter, Saebin.
She loved all animals and had a special bond and understanding with them. Dusty always said she was like a “roaring lion,” and indeed she was at times.
Dusty is survived by her mother, Alice Summers of St. Helens; father, Carl (Richard) Flock of Cathlamet, Washington; daughter, Saebra Bolton of St. Helens; granddaughter, Saebin Hinkle of St. Helens (her pride and joy;) sister, Jacinda Felton of Cathlamet, Washington; nieces, Shelby Felton and Tawny Felton of Cathlamet, Washington; and a very special and close friend, Jeff Cobb of Winlock, Washington.
Dusty, we loved you so very much. Rest in peace without anymore pain; it gives us great comfort to know you are in God’s hands now.
A poem selected by Jeff Cobb:
God saw that you were getting tired
A cure was not to be
So He put His arms around you
And said come home with me.
With tearful eyes we watched you suffer and fade away.
Although we all loved you dearly
We could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating
A determined spirit was at rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.
