Edith Mae Stark's Obituary
Edith Mae Stark was born on December 25, 1927 in Portland, Oregon to Roy & Lola Huntington White. She died peacefully on May 2, 2012 at a Scappoose Care Center at the age of 84.
After graduating from Franklin High School. Edith married Alexander Stark in Vancouver, Washington in 1946. He preceded her in death in 2004.
She was a homemaker and lived in the Portland area all of her life. Later in life, she moved to Scappoose to be closer to her daughter.
While living in Milwaukie, Oregon, Edith was a member and attended Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church. Her enjoyments included her family, grandchildren Nana to them and gardening.
Survivors include: Daughter, Terry Taylor of Scappoose; Son, Eric Stark of Livingston, Montana; Brothers, John & Donald White; Sister, Gloria Weller; 3 Grandchildren: Tara, Jenny, Jill; 4 Great-grandchildren: Tia, Rob, Bre, Jon; 3 Great-Great Grandchildren: Grace, Emily, and Blade. She was preceded in death by Siblings, Harvey and Mary.
Memorial Service: Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Hillsboro Church of The Nazarene.
