She was born on October 26, 1928 in Marietta, Ohio to Frank & Myrtle Baker.
She died at her home in Scappoose, OR. on September 29, 2003 at the age of 74.
She was raised & educated in Marietta, Ohio.
She married Edgar Hupp on May 1, 1944, he preceded her in death in 1976.
She was a nurse starting her career in the '60's and after owning her own nursing home she retired in '85 after working at a Scappoose nursing home.
She moved to Scappoose, OR. in 1982 from Marietta, Ohio.
Her biggest enjoyment even above herself was her family. She traveled cross country every year to she her family. She also enjoyed the casinos and bingo.

Dixie Edwards of Canton, Ohio; 3 Sons: James Hupp of Marietta Ohio, Jerry Hupp of Canton, Ohio, Jeffrey Hupp of Uniontown, Ohio; 2 sisters: Mildred Shuck & Opal Sauers both of Marietta, Ohio; 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
