Eldon Walter Dethloff's Obituary
Eldon Walter Dethloff passed away at his home in Rainer, OR on January 29, 2020 at the age of 75.
Eldon was born on October 9, 1944 in Baker City, OR, to his parents Walter and Mattie. He attended Gaston Union High School, where he graduated in 1963. After high school, Eldon went on to join the United States Army as a driver and mechanic. After leaving the army in 1967, Eldon would marry his wife, Diane, on June 23, 1973 in St. Helens, OR.
Eldon spent most of his life working as a mill worker for Weyerhaeuser before he retired in 2002.
He is survived by his daughter, Fawn (Ray) Worth; daughter, Sabrina (Jason) Richardson; son, Lance (Lisa) Dethloff; sister, Francis Bennett; grandchildren, Sheyanne and Alisa Worth, Kaydence, McKenzie and Konnor Richardson, and Forrest Dethloff.
Eldon was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Mattie, his wife Diane, and his brother Ernest.
