Obituary of Eve Adell Denfeld
Eve Denfeld died July 3, 2010 at the age of 83.
She was born on February 10, 1927 in Salem, Oregon to Lee and Edith Shepard Nadon and lived in Scappoose for the last 48 years.
Eve was a homemaker and will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed visiting with friends and her trips to Hawaii.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben and survived by five children, Connie Erickson Richard of St. Helens, Kay Denfeld of Scappoose, Denise Kilgore Pat of Warren, Benny Denfeld of Scappoose and Shannon Jose Gary of Hawaii, and one sister Judy Hansen of Portland. She has nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren who were all her pride and joy.
A rosary at 10:00 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am, will be held on Thursday, July 8th, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Scappoose.
The family suggests donations, in remembrance of Eve, made to the American Heart Association, the Arthritis Foundation, or Hospice.
