Fred D. Kinney, Jr. was born on July 18, 1957 in Portland, OR. to Fred D. Kinney, Sr. & Creasie Shaw Kinney.
He died at his home in St. Helens on March 31, 2006 at the age of 48.
He was educated in the St. Johns area and went into the Navy at age 18.
He has been disabled most of his adult life living in the Portland area until moving to St. Helens 1 1/2 years ago.
Suvivors include: Mother: Creasie Kinney of Boring, OR.; Siblings: Barbara Walch of Eagle Point, OR.; Belinda Kinney of Portland, OR.; Bonnie Zimmerman of Lafayette, OR.; Betty Spackman of Sandy, OR.; 2 nieces & 2 nephews.
Private family services to be held. Private interment:
