George Milton Lloyd's Obituary
George Milton Lloyd was born on December 29, 1932 to Otis and Viola Lloyd Thurman in Beatrice, Nebraska.
George grew up in Nebraska and later moved to Oregon.
He served in the US Army for just over 11 years. He met Sharon Lloyd Pasco in Beatrice, Nebraska after he moved from Oregon; they met at the Senco filling station where he was working as an attendant in 1963. Not long after they met it was Sharon's birthday and he bought her a fancy set of lingerie; he gave it to her at her birthday party in front of her family and friends, she was never so embarrassed in her life, he loved to be the jokester and give people as he would say "a bad ass time".
They spent a lot of time dancing together and one night George took her home, and they became friends. The more time they spent together the more they fell in love; they were married in Auburn Nebraska on April 3, 1964 and started their forever lives together as the Lloyd family. They had their first child Michelle Lloyd in June of 1966. In 1966 they moved to Oregon where the Lloyd family was living, and for work. They had their second child George Lloyd III in August of 1968. They had their third child Beth Lloyd in November of 1970. Prior to marrying Sharon George was married and had four children Peter Lloyd 1957, Theresia Lloyd 1959, Carole Lloyd 1960 and Roxanna Lloyd 1961.
George worked in many different trades but mainly as a painter. George was loved and liked by so many people it would be impossible to list them all. But to name a few were Keith Bunn, John & Kathleen Harrison, Fred & Mary Boorse and Bruce Freeman.
