Geraldine Gerry Hawkins' Obituary
Geraldine "Gerry" Hawkins was born on September 16, 1935 in DeQueen, Arkansas to Claude & Johnnie Perry Davis.
She died at a Longview hospice care center on November 20, 2006 at the age of 71.
She was raised in California and graduated high school in 1953.
She married Virgil Hawkins in Stevenson, WA. on October 7, 1953, he preceded her in death in 2002.
They moved to St. Helens after thier marriage, living here since.
She worked at the St. Helens hospital for 25 years, retiring in 1990.
Her enjoyments included: quilting, crocheting, knitting, sewing, playing cards, cooking and traveling south for 12 years after retiring.
Survivor include: Daughters: Susan Ogan of Scappoose; Barbara Webber & Diana Jensen both of St. Helens; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; Preceded in death by Brothers: Gilbert Davis in '01, Bobby Davis in '47.
