Geraldine May Pearson's Obituary
Geraldine May Pearson was born on August 13, 1925 in Hermiston, Oregon to Julius & Violet Shipley Haney.
She died in Coeur d Alene, Idaho on August 7, 2009 at the age of 83.
She worked at the Box factory and in Steinfelds Pickle Factory for 15 years.
Married to George Pearson in Skamania, WA. in 1951. They lived in St. Helens for 60 years, she moved to Idaho to be close to her son in 2002.
She was a Christian and a member of AARP, she loved to play cards, do crossword puzzles and put puzzles together.
Survivors include: Son: Jerry Hammond of Rathdrum, ID.; adopted daughters: Riki Navarro & Rhonda Hutton both of St. Helens; Siblings: Gordon Haney of Mt. Angel, OR.; Terry Haney of Arlington, OR.; Eileen Cole of Idaho; Marlene Nikkola of 29 Palms, CA.; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral Service: Monday, August 17, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Columbia Funeral Home-St. Helens
Committal service & interment: Yankton Hillcrest Cemetery-St. Helens, OR.
