Glenn Dickson Thomson's Obituary
Glenn Dickson Thomson passed peacefully in his home on August 2nd 2018, in Warren, Oregon, at the age of 76.
Glenn is survived by his daughters Heather and Kristin, former spouse Judith, and his brother and family Ronald, Jeaneen, and Kimberly.
Glenn was born on June 29, 1942 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Agnes and James Thomson. A graduate of Penn State University, Glenn joined the Navy, serving in Vietnam and retiring as a Naval Commander after 40 years of service. As a member of MENSA, Glenn was an avid lover of all things creative, including woodworking, restoring and rebuilding cars and bikes, and on occasion using his Chemistry degree to brew intoxicating libations. He was a beloved father, friend, and mentor and will be greatly missed.
A memorial service is scheduled for August 28th, at 2pm, at Willamette National Cemetery.
