Harold F. Miller's Obituary
Harold F. Miller was born on December 1, 1921 in Portland, Oregon to Alex & Martha Neuss Miller.
He died at his home in Scappoose on May 24, 2010 at the age of 88.
He attended schools in Portland including Edison High School. He was in the Coast Guard during WWII from 1942-1945. On June 24, 1944 in Portland he married Elizabeth Stepp. They moved to Scappoose in 1960 until present.
He was self-employed as Yreka Sanitary Service in Yreka, CA. prior to moving into the area where he went to work at Linnton Plywood from 1960-1984 until he retired.
Member of the VFW, and for a time the Moose Lodge.
Survivors include: Wife: Elizabeth Miller; Daughter: Sandra Miller both of Scappoose; Son: Rodney Miller of Salem; Sister: Carol Lucas of Vancouver, WA.; 1 Grandchild: Geoff Miller.
