Hazel C. Higgins' Obituary
Hazel C. Higgins was born on November 21, 1923 in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho to Ralph & Millie Iiams Braman
She died at a St. Helens adult foster care home on November 5, 2005 at the age of 81.
She attended schools in Idaho and college at Portland Community College.
She was a cook for the St. Helens School district McBride & Yankton Schools, for years, retiring in 19
She married Reuben in October of 1942 in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. He preceded her in death in '91.
They moved to St. Helens in 1944 and have lived here since.
She was a member of Grace Baptist Church and she enjoyed quilting, sewing, gardening, cooking and traveling.
Survivors include: Children: Glen Higgins of Rainier, OR.; Robert Higgins of St. Helens; Ralph Higgins and Jeanne Holtz both of Portland, OR.; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.

Funeral service: Thursday, November 10, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Columbia Funeral Home
Committal service & vault interment: Yankton Hillcrest Cemetery
Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Association.
