Hazel M. Dworschak's Obituary
Hazel M. Dworschak was born on September 14, 1903 in Deer Island, OR. to James & Minnie Keister Gentry.
She died at a St. Helens care center on December 31, 2003 at the age of 100.
She was a lifelong local resident and she worked at the Fir Tex Plant during the war and Northwest Packing Co. in Portland doing seasonal work.
She was married to William Dworschak, he preceded her in death in '78.
She was a member of Yankton Baptist Church where she was active during her younger years. She enjoyed crocheting and helping other people.
She is survived by 3 children: Daughters: Veryl Trotter & Opal Werings, both of St. Helens, OR.; Son: Don Dworschak of Columbia City, OR.; 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
Viewing & Visitation: 9-5 Friday
Funeral service: Saturday, January 10, 2004 at 1:00 PM at Columbia Funeral Home
Private Vault interment: Yankton Hillcrest Cemetery
